안녕하세요, 김성현입니다. 최근 저의 개인 활동을 간단히 정리하며 홈페이지 www.seonglight.com을 점검하였습니다.
저는 지난 8년간 자연다큐멘터리 조연출로 활동하며, 자연의 아름다움과 생명의 섬세함을 관찰하고 기록하는 감각을 키워왔습니다. 이 경험은 저의 영상 리듬과 스토리텔링, 시각적 감수성의 기반이 되었습니다.
또한, 역사적 사건을 다룬 다큐멘터리와 한 시대의 문화유산을 조명하는 콘텐츠의 제작에 참여한 경험이 있습니다. 기록자의 시선으로 과거와 현재를 잇는 작업에 의미를 두고 있으며, 문화의 흐름을 담아내는 깊이 있는 영상 연출을 지향합니다.
이와 더불어 다양한 예술가들의 삶과 철학을 조명하는 다큐멘터리, 전시 영상, 사진 작업을 꾸준히 해왔으며, 개인 사진전 2회 개최 및 단체전 참여 경험이 있습니다. 최근에는 AI 기반 영상제작과 유튜브 콘텐츠 제작도 실험하며 보다 개방적인 창작과 배움을 지향하고 있습니다.
책과 예술, 그리고 생각을 나누는 일은 제가 가장 소중하게 여기는 활동입니다. 또한 저는 여행을 통해 다양한 문화와 사람을 만나고, 그 안에서 발견한 이야기를 관찰하고 공부하고 표현하는 일을 사랑합니다. 이러한 경험들은 제 작업에 깊이와 확장성을 더해주고 있습니다.
콘텐츠 제작자이자 문화기획자로서의 저의 경험이 의미 있게 쓰일 수 있기를 기대합니다.

Hello, I'm Seonghyeon Kim. I recently organized my personal projects and updated my website: www.seonglight.com.
For the past eight years, I have worked as an assistant director on nature documentaries, developing a strong sensitivity to the rhythm of life and the visual poetry of the natural world.
I also have experience participating in the production of documentaries that deal with historical events and highlight the cultural heritage of specific eras. I find great meaning in connecting the past and present through documentary storytelling that captures the depth of time and culture.
In addition, I have created documentaries on artists’ lives and philosophies, exhibition films, and photography projects. My experience includes two solo photography exhibitions and several group shows. Recently, I’ve been experimenting with AI-based video production and YouTube content to explore more open and creative ways of storytelling.
Books, art, and meaningful conversations are essential parts of my life. Through travel, I meet people from diverse cultures and enjoy observing, studying, and expressing the stories I encounter along the way. These experiences continue to enrich and expand my creative work.
I look forward to contributing meaningfully as a content creator and cultural planner.
